[VISAS]
- Visas are not required by EU nationals.
- If you are coming from a non-EU country you should apply to your nearest
Irish Embassy in order to obtain a student visa.
[CANCELLATIONS]
- All cancellations must be made in writing (the cancellation date being the date on which Countryside School of English receives the cancellation in writing).
[REFUNDS]
- Booking deposit is non refundable.
- All prepaid fees (except €100 booking deposit and all bank charges) are
refundable on all visa refusals. Official written proof of the visa refusal
from the Embassy must accompany any refund request.
- No tuition and accommodation refunds are given for late arrivals, early
departures or absenteeism.
- Fees are not refunded for public holidays.
[MINIMUM ENROLMENT]
- Group lessons are subject to a minimum enrolment of three students. Otherwise,
students will be given 10 hours One to One or Two to One lessons for every
15 hours group lessons.
[OUR LIABILITY]
- Countryside School of English reserves the right to alter placement and
Terms & Conditions without notice, if necessary. We reserve the right
to refuse at any time without liability.
[SCHOOL REGULATIONS]
- Our students live together in the school residence, so a cooperative person
is preferred.
- Please note we have a strict rule that students have to speak English at all times to improve their language skills. We kindly ask all applicants to understand this rule before booking.
- Countryside School of English reserves the right to suspend or expel any
student for serious misconduct, or whose conduct or attendance is unsatisfactory,
without a refund.
[INSURANCE]
- Students must take out full travel, health, money, baggage and personal
belongings insurance cover prior to travelling to Ireland.
- Countryside School of English and our host families do not insure against
theft or loss of personal belongings during any programme.
